- Does it edit my theme?
No. SERPFlow is not a theme app and does not modify Liquid, themes, or storefront widgets.
- Does it change SEO titles?
No. SERPFlow observes and reports. It does not write Shopify SEO fields in the MVP.
- Does it scrape Google directly?
No. Ranking data comes only through a configured compliant SERP data provider or future supported Search Console integration.
- Why product/content access?
To map rankings to Shopify products, collections, pages, and articles where scopes allow.
- Does it read customer or order data?
No. SERPFlow does not request customer or order scopes and does not need protected customer data.
- Can it track competitors?
Yes, for merchant-provided competitor domains and the merchant tracked keyword set.
- Does it guarantee rank accuracy?
No. It reports observed positions that vary by provider, location, device, language, and personalization.
- What if no SERP provider is configured?
The app shows provider-not-configured and cannot run live rank checks.
